This Shipping Policy describes how Propane Forge Burner processes and ships orders for propane forge burners, forge burner nozzles, forge burner kits, and DIY forge components purchased through propaneforgeburner.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you need an order shipped outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order to discuss possible arrangements.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Heavier items (such as forge stands, large burner kits, or refractory materials): may require additional transit time via freight carriers

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are fully covered by Propane Forge Burner. No sales tax is added to your order.

Carriers

We use the following carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order:

• USPS (United States Postal Service) — for smaller, lighter items
• UPS — for standard packages
• FedEx — for standard and expedited packages
• Freight carriers — for heavy or oversized items such as industrial forge stands and large refractory orders

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Shipment Inspection

We recommend inspecting your shipment upon delivery. Propane forge burner components, refractory materials, and metal parts may be heavy or fragile. If your package appears damaged, please:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
• Retain all original packaging materials
• Contact us within 48 hours to report the damage

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. Having photos and the original packaging will help expedite the process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately — if the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address.

Shipping Restrictions

Some propane forge burner products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature (pressurized gas components, high-temperature materials). We comply with all applicable U.S. shipping regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Safety Notice

Propane forge burners and related components involve high temperatures and pressurized gas. Always follow manufacturer instructions, local fire codes, and safe operating practices when installing and using forge equipment. Keep all packaging and product documentation for reference.
