This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on propaneforgeburner.com. We want you to be satisfied with your propane forge burners, nozzles, regulators, and DIY forge components. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
• You have contacted us to obtain return authorization before shipping the item back

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of propane forge burner products, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Items that have been installed, used, or heat-exposed
• Items that have been connected to a gas supply or propane system
• Items that have been modified, altered, or repaired by the customer
• Consumable items such as borax flux, refractory cement, ceramic fiber insulation, and coatings that have been opened
• Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation

This policy exists because propane forge equipment involves high temperatures, pressurized gas, and safety-critical components. Once a product has been exposed to forge heat or connected to a gas system, its safety and integrity cannot be guaranteed.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at info@propaneforgeburner.com or call +1 (505) 394-6902 within 30 days of delivery
• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
• We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a return shipping address
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Ship the item to the address provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund:

• Approved refunds: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Partial refunds: may be issued for items returned with missing parts or damaged packaging
• Denied refunds: we will contact you to explain the reason and discuss options

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you. Do not attempt to use damaged or defective propane forge equipment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or damaged items: we cover return shipping costs
• Customer preference returns (wrong size, changed mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the item is delivered.

Safety Notice

Propane forge burners, regulators, and gas components are safety-critical products. Never use a product that appears damaged, defective, or improperly assembled. If you suspect a product is unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact us. Always follow manufacturer instructions, local fire codes, and safe operating practices.
