When should I replace my propane regulator? +
Replace your regulator if you notice inconsistent flame height, difficulty maintaining pressure, or visible damage. A typical regulator lasts 5–10 years with proper care. Always use a regulator rated for propane and matching your burner's pressure requirements.
What spare parts should I keep on hand? +
We recommend keeping spare orifices, nozzle tips, O-rings, and a backup regulator. These are the most common wear items and having spares prevents downtime during forging sessions.
How do I know if my orifice is blocked? +
